What you give us directly:

  • Name and email address if you fill out a contact or subscription form
  • Any message content you send through that form

That's it. We don't run account registration. We don't store payment details.

What gets collected automatically when you visit:

  • Pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, and click paths
  • General geographic location derived from IP (city/region level — not your front door)

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry. Analytics and ad-related data is governed by the retention policies of the respective third-party tools. We apply standard technical and organizational measures to protect what we store — no system is impenetrable, but we're not cavalier about it.

Alita's Closet is a general-audience publication, is not directed to children under 13, and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
